What did you like most about the interview process?
Personal and simple to understand
I was in a particular case where the club needed people desperately, and I skipped the interview process. I am not an adequate source to have an opinion on the interview process.

Perform better background checks rather than hiring everyone who applies.
Don't ask personal questions about your political or religious beliefs
