My leadership team's best attribute is providing us with the resources and information to do our jobs proficiently. They give us uniforms when needed and miscellaneous items when situations arise.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Professionally handling conflict and actually managing.

Leadership, accountability, establishing relationships, communication, trust, not playing favorites, dealing w problems, team building, transparency, consistency, awareness, quality, integrity, customer service, interpersonal skills, empathy, open mindedness, taking charge

Location specific managers need to be better about addressing concerns with the VPs- they tend to shut down vs address the concerns for fear of making themselves look bad.

A complete overhaul. Out with the old.

Communication! Plnning, acknoledging one another! Team work. Uf you wanna bring this club to success we need stop puttig social and cultural bariers and work toguetete towards the same goal.

The entire management needs to take some leadership courses. While we have many supervisors, there are very few leaders.

If they respected their employees half as much as they love themselves ClubCorp would be a much better place!

The executive Chef needs to be replaced

Treating employees with respect not talking behind their backs keeping political views to themselves punctual pay checks and vacations payouts shouldn't have to jump thru hoops for already earned money

The leadership team needs to be expanded because my direct supervisor was always side tracked by something and it effected not only his job but mine also

Telling employees they can't wear masks during a pandemic because it makes YOU or CORPORATE uncomfortable is about the scummiest thing someone can do. Try caring about your employees, and members, as people rather than prioritizing profits and your own comfort.
