Location specific managers need to be better about addressing concerns with the VPs- they tend to shut down vs address the concerns for fear of making themselves look bad.

The entire management needs to take some leadership courses. While we have many supervisors, there are very few leaders.

The executive Chef needs to be replaced
Treating employees with respect not talking behind their backs keeping political views to themselves punctual pay checks and vacations payouts shouldn't have to jump thru hoops for already earned money

Telling employees they can't wear masks during a pandemic because it makes YOU or CORPORATE uncomfortable is about the scummiest thing someone can do. Try caring about your employees, and members, as people rather than prioritizing profits and your own comfort.
