My team and I are committed to delivering excellent member experiences.

Knowing that ill see members and coworkers who know me and want to get to know me. I feel very valued and important in their life. I like that I feel like I can make a difference to them and their life.

Being creative and being in the top tier of food cost. Being able to work the same schedule without major change.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Top level leadership needs to make the members feel comfortable with the changes they are trying to make

No checks and balancing of the club. You rely on a few people and trust only a few to tell you how things are really going.

This company needs leaders. Those that are willing to do the right thing instead of the thing that makes them the most money. There are some real garbage human beings running this company.

My last question about my service was the opposite, the chairman asked for me by name and several customers would do this, when I left they asked about me constantly. What needs to improved to keep good workers is actually train your MANAGEMENT and PAY YOUR STAFF
