What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We care about people and we try our best for them
Most of the members and coworkers have a golf course attitude where things are laid back, and people are comfortable having fun. We always have conversations with members and exchange stories. Everyone does what they need to and have a good time

We have and serve great food.
The same members come and we know what to expect from them because they always eat and drink the same things. Never have really changed in the years I've been here.
The menbers and co- worker. Not a consistet trainig or uper manement. 4 general managers on 3 years period. Theres alot of getting fired in this place for the lack of training you get l. Not a trainig cosching and developing withing the company. They demolish people without letting know.
There is room for improvement and we have a family type of environment with most of the members

The most positive thing is the camaraderie between the employees. We are consistently encouraging each other to do better. This includes finding better jobs.
We all get along and treat each other as friends, sometimes even spending time with each other after work

Better management is the thing that can solve most problems
Treat employees like people vs numbers.
For the upper half of the company to understand each club and stop combining us. Demographics are different and not the same.
