Some of my coworkers are good but most are lazy and don't have the passion to serve. Mostly because of our leadership.

The dining room and banquet team is very small and we hve become a family to bad the mangent care to much about the money not the emoloyees.

They are dedicated to their jobs and have a member is first mentality.
