Excellent overall experience, as I work outside service for a golf and country club. I have had many good experiences with members, making it a great environment. I have been working for two years and have recommended friends to other positions and have made life long memories and freinds.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all know that we have a job to do and don't get in the way of each other. We communicate to efficiently get the best possible job done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team's best attribute is providing us with the resources and information to do our jobs proficiently. They give us uniforms when needed and miscellaneous items when situations arise.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was in a particular case where the club needed people desperately, and I skipped the interview process. I am not an adequate source to have an opinion on the interview process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the members and coworkers have a golf course attitude where things are laid back, and people are comfortable having fun. We always have conversations with members and exchange stories. Everyone does what they need to and have a good time
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that ill see members and coworkers who know me and want to get to know me. I feel very valued and important in their life. I like that I feel like I can make a difference to them and their life.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like having a range of access to what the club provides, ie, golf, discount meals, and access to the gym and pool. I like that I am provided with needed jackets and pants and if I want more I can get them for a discount.
