The leadership team needs to be expanded because my direct supervisor was always side tracked by something and it effected not only his job but mine also

Worked way too hard for my pay

Manager actively made things difficult by not training 6 different crews, when they all quit, managers would blame the remaining crew even when told explicitly by those who left that it was managements fault.

Zero it was terrible basically zero meetings in the first place

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My last question about my service was the opposite, the chairman asked for me by name and several customers would do this, when I left they asked about me constantly. What needs to improved to keep good workers is actually train your MANAGEMENT and PAY YOUR STAFF
