There are some very strong, intelligent people within my organization that are a pleasure to work with. They present a wide range of backgrounds and strengths which results in often times us getting to a well rounded solution
Dealing with strong willed and highly opinionated people about a highly opinionated system such as the platform results in a lot of stagnation, discussion and arguments. Theres not enough empowerment or direction that results in battling through opinions. Often results in people just giving up
