Value the employees, and don't handle them as slaves. Stop the body-shop style company culture. Offer competitive salaries/benefits.
Increase people care approach. Put Employees first.

Promotions are not connected to the performance, they are only connected to the actual needs of the company.
Based on performance and feedback, as well as achievements related to the company.

Usually, people do not like the company or the CEO, they are with the company only for getting a green card.
The CEO is really passioned and making sure that company achieves its goals.

Depends on the project of the customer. Usually, there is a lightweight Epam interview and a couple of other interviews with the customer where you will be sold to.
