It’s overall good. My general manger is usually the person who’s negativity brings down the moral of the staff. He isn’t very knowledgeable, positive or motivating. I don’t understand why he has the job he does

People try to work as hard as possible. Bartenders & servers. The gauchos need work overall. Many do not give the guests the cuts of meat they request. They purposely avoid certain tables.

There is a lack of knowledge, ownership, accountability & responsibility. Management as a whole is not great. They do not care about the well-being of the staff & generally cause more issues as oppose to bringing positive moral to the overall work environment.

I feel undervalued because we do not get paid appropriately. Tips are split evenly but the work is not divided equivalently. There is favoritism & many do not work hard but receive money for the work they do not do. Management should be under a closer microscope.
