From the interview process to today, a total of 3 months, the experience has been great. I know what is expected of me at work and I have mentors that help me when I need it. Covid has impacted the work environment but the culture is still here and its thriving.

There is a competitive compensation plan. Most companies offer bonus plans that are impossible to obtain. Here at Frontier that is not the case.

There is an incredible amount of communication coming from the leadership team on a regular basis. Whether it be new advancements or focal point changes. We are kept in the loop and are actively encouraged to provide feedback.
