The new CEO needs to make drastic changes to his SLT in order to regain employee confidence and trust. It's of opinions that this SLT has driven this company into the ground and into bankruptcy, with no clear emergent plans with change.

Transparency, communication and a vision for this company. No clear direction for this company. For example, are we working to be an ethernet and internet provider only? From our vantage point, the SLT team clearly does not understand what it means/takes to be a telecommunications provider.
