I have worked in Telecommunications for several decades and this is the worst company i have ever worked for bar none. I do not recommend people seek employment with this company unless there is a complete overall of the Executive and management team.

Executives and management treat employees as numbers and tools to get the daily tasks completed nothing more. The typical employee is undervalued and underappreciated. Bring back raises and possibly bonuses and negotiate with our unions to renew contracts

Bring back yearly raises (we are not even keeping up with the cost of living). Bringing back yearly bonuses would be nice as well. In 2020 all of our Executives got to share in a $34 million dollar bonus and we (management and hourly) received nothing.

All employees need to be shown that they are valued and that they company they are working for is behind them 100%. Our company also needs to show it's employees that they are working towards the future instead of just trying to pay back debt.

Management employees are treated like hourly employees i.e, our time is tracked down to when we leave our desk, we are tracked to make sure we are logged in on time, we do not feel like we are all a team trying to take this company to a better place. We are treated as nothing more than a tool.
