Communication. Limit micromanaging so community can do their job
Better response from the executive team when things are needed
The current RDO at the time was bery truthful and didnt sugar coat anything unlike the RDO that took his place
When leaving i was offered a raise after being there for several years. It made me feel good until i found out they were paying new hires even more to start than wjat my raise would have been.
