Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The size of my faucility is very large for 1 person I was never properly trained for all this fire stuff that needs to be done

As a server we do a lot and a lot is expected from us. I honestly feel as if we should be paid a fair amount for everything we do. As a server we receive many complaints and our voices are not heard regarding the matter.

I think they should put the chef on salary and have them be in charge on all dining, and get rid of the AGM position

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Fellow coworkers should be more professional and conduct themselves as an adult. Some of the workers have a bad habit of watching their coworkers work or just stand around socializing and doing nonwork related activities. If we are a team we all should be working together as one to complete our job
