Listening to employees give some money to do the things they want us to do take criticism from the employee dont lie to residents

Listening to the ground level employees. CEO is so out of touch its laughable. She's waiting for her golden parachute. Great Place to Work surveys were mandatory and participation would be tracked and if an employee refused to take it, then they were culled from the herd.

This is not a 40 hour a week job and you are convincing people to change their entire life. Properties are chronically understaffed and benefits used to get people to move in often don't exit. Staff the communities and pay appropriate wages

Kitchen staff is amazing and hard working but front of house is a mess

Dedication, reliability and cooperation p of full time associates at the community level

We work closely together and do all we can to work toward the common goal of serving our residents.

There is absolutely no communication in our community. We could start the improvements there.

Management has to get away from hiring people just to have a body count. They are not recruiting the best people for the important work of caring for the elderly.

Our mission is to help older people live better and we specifically hire for people who have a desire to do just that! So our team is aligned in delivering an inhetently meaningful mission and that is something we can all feel good about.

Get new managers and hire better people

I could go on for hours but overall they don't listen to their ground level employees. All decisions are made up high with no regard to how it will impact community level staff.

Better response from the executive team when things are needed

All the gossip and degrading tones and comments need to stop.

Seeing all the teams I manage have the tools necessary to do their jobs well and being available to support them when needed.

Co-workers and residents for that matter

Being able to do whatever I can to make another person smile.

Doing what is actually expected of my position instead of helping other workers make up for what they are lacking.

Management doesnt care to fix dining services, repairs, covid restrictions dont seem to exsist, unaware of scheduling and day to day tasks

Top heavy with management, not enough labor hours or positions at the community level

Fire management rehire and pray

Prices are higher than the newest building on the black. Can't sell a building with crumbling walls and 20 year old carpet at 2300 per month for a 1 bedroom when a brand new facility up the street sells the same sized unit for 1800.
