Our mission is to help older people live better and we specifically hire for people who have a desire to do just that! So our team is aligned in delivering an inhetently meaningful mission and that is something we can all feel good about.
My residents. Some coworkers and some stuff
The residents their relatives and pets.
Family like culture looking after and supporting one another.
Must of us are team players.

I like serving my residents. Bringing them their food and conversing with them is something I look forward to when I work. Unfortunetly when I run out of supplies like drinks I dislike their dissapointment. I have to lie to them and tell them were out when in reality we might have more in the kitche

Residents who care about your well being make it worth showing up.
The most positive thing is the dedicated staff.
Getting to work with seniors is so rewarding.

We are both at times. I prefer even keel, without the major swings. Right now, after losing a couple of people, we are short-handed but we work more effectively together. Now, we are becoming amazing together.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get new managers and hire better people
I could go on for hours but overall they don't listen to their ground level employees. All decisions are made up high with no regard to how it will impact community level staff.
Better response from the executive team when things are needed
All the gossip and degrading tones and comments need to stop.
Take a look at your online reviews.
Focus on one thing and do it well before moving onto the next.
Management is a revolving door and keeps changing every 6 months.
