My residents. Some coworkers and some stuff
We are both at times. I prefer even keel, without the major swings. Right now, after losing a couple of people, we are short-handed but we work more effectively together. Now, we are becoming amazing together.
Atritude or the employees is always positive

I could go on for hours but overall they don't listen to their ground level employees. All decisions are made up high with no regard to how it will impact community level staff.
