For the most part the kitchen team amd servers are great we have no housekeepers and only one kitchen helper at the moment with four junior servers managment should help keep things together

There is absolutely no communication in our community. We could start the improvements there.

Management has to get away from hiring people just to have a body count. They are not recruiting the best people for the important work of caring for the elderly.

There have been many meetings regarding the actions of the superiors in my facility. One of the higher ups has been allowed to cuss out residents, cuss residents family's, and continues his abuse on the staff daily in his position of power. An improvement would be to dismiss him from his duties!

Fellow coworkers should be more professional and conduct themselves as an adult. Some of the workers have a bad habit of watching their coworkers work or just stand around socializing and doing nonwork related activities.
