A giant mirage with really good PR. No idea how we keep winning these Comparably awards, if I'm being honest. Perks and benefits are remarkably average. The 'Culture' is cringe and so forced. Leadership only has fluff to say, almost nothing of actual substance. Go public already, so we can get paid.

Communicating what Integrity's goals are, the vision, where we're going and how we're doing financially. Way too much fluff, not enough substance.

The small team that I'm currently on. Other than that, most of the culture at this company is nothing more than a mirage.

Transparency about company financials, explaining the vision of where this company is going coherently and putting employees and employee retention MUCH higher on their priority list.

It's obvious leadership is hellbent on taking the company public and as fast as they can - which means everything else suffers, as they only see dollar signs at the end of this road.

I know the market average for my position is higher than what I make here. As far as making me feel better, being paid in line with market average and/or some kind of bonus structure.

No career pathing in place, no communication or vision about this 'performance management' system that's been put in place and despite Integrity buying ThomasArts over 4 years ago, HR still doesn't have a system in place to centralize and regulate job titles.
