Everything; completely new, yet experienced management.
When I speak out on things, nothing is changed, as if nothing I say or do matters.
No stress, very lowkey. You walk out of the room, feeling like you already have the job.
Proper training, effective consequences for actions, as well as incentives for good jobs. Thorough communication, instead of assumption, would make for a better experience
People that care! I've informed by manager of stealing (food and money), yet they don't seem to care. I've started to expect her of being in on it as well. Which brings me to the second thing- honest people. Stealing, whether it be money or food, should be, in no way tolerated.
