What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people who come to work ready to work

Co worker get along but manager likes to stir the pot and at times makes environment a bit uncomfortable for all of the employees.

I enjoyed the extensive requirement of food safety protocols. I could almost guarantee and problems with the food were human error such as mis-making food requests not food quality issues

The most positive thing about the culture of our company is that everyone enjoys sharing their own culture and positive opinions. What I like about the environment of where I work is that I am comfortable being around my coworkers.

Coworkers helping each other when managers understaff shifts to save money

Sometimes they'll make employees work overtime and not even ask or when you refuse to come in on your day off they'll say you're in unreliable and unresponsible employee for not putting yourself out there for the company and what it needs

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

To hire a new manager, that actually cares about her employees rather than just money

The uppers to have make an incentive to be there.

Don't only get black people to work

I love to see people who like there job and don't have dirty hygiene, who appreciate there crew members every job I go to feels like family but this is just he'll at this job its really sad I had great history with this job but I'm forgetting it with all the chaos

My district manager has been of great vaue. However, anyone else like " Corporate" stinks. You cant ever reach anyone in payroll or Human Resources.

More pay and less work when you work for more then 12 hours a day just to get paid 9.00 an hour
