There was nothing special about it. Manager had me waiting for 30 minutes even though the store was empty. Employees all stood around looking at their phones.

Its was short in and out

Back then it was an actual interview now they just ask when they can work and just give them the job

Screen people a bit more than "You're hired." I can understand needing more people but needing to understand needs and people is part of the interview process and this was never introduced at my location

My company's interview process would improve with good treatment, kind and understanding treatment

A different manager would be great

At least take a further look in to the persons willingness to work rather than hiring anyone

New Managers and Leaders would help maybe someone thqt actually knows what theyre doing.

To do drug test and call the other stores they worked at bc we have people doing drugs in the store like cociane and marijauna.

the manager was high when she texted me and hired me she didnt even know what i looked like all she asked is if i could start the next day i texted yes and went from there

They need to learn how to ask the right questions and make sure that these people really would love and keep a job and also be nicer to their employees when they start the job instead of in the interview
