I enjoy my leadership team quite a lot because they are understanding. Even though we work, there are time when they keep our workplace entertaining and enjoyable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Behaving more professional because there is no way a workplace should be this unprofessional

Acting professional twords staff. The manager was not professional whatsoever it felt more like a high school experience than a work place. She was taking an advantage of her position.

Everything, management. Basic nessecities and respect

They need to stop blaming people abd take responsibility! They are the managers! They need to take accountability of issues instead of blaming everyone else!

My manager, Koreti, us terrible. im a minor and my shift was from 5-10pm she wabted me to come in at 4pm but i couldnt and she threatened my job bc of her poor planning. she often targetted me as well. -Peyton Poe

I think the main idea is respect and proper communication.

When an employee gets threatened they should have their back instead of defaming them
