What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's not much, but I still live with my parents so I dont care that much

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued I just feel like there has to be bonuses like at the fast food restaurant I used to work for, every three months the managers would get a $1,000 bonus.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We work amongst very young co workers a lot of gossiping goes on, I believe if upper management wouldn’t feed into it it, and put a stop to it that alone would help. Also for franchise stores a actual HR department where we could go to with problems would be wonde

They interview you on everything but not on how you look. They mainly focus on your costumer service.

Everyone is my friend and they all like each other. For example we all tell each other what to bring for lunch and eat our food.
