Clients are wonderful to work with. We can play soft music, coffee is available. We keep our offices clean and orgsnized. Peaceful and friendly while still professional.

Educating my clients when I see the reason their return wasnt what they expected. I love it when my clients come back to me for service. Good Reviews. I especially love it when I feel I made a connection with my client and they walk out happy.

We can each tag team for our clients and there is always someone who can share or I can share our screens and we can get into a return with our credentials to help another. We have access to returns status so when it is slow we can work on them to keep the flow going.
