I am a seasonal worker and I only get to meet the regional team. They are big on communication and training.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
There isn't a benefits package for seasonal workers. We make "bonuses" depending on levels of production. Also, there are occasional quick contests to earn goods.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are connected by Skype for Business and I am able to reach out to the team quickly. I am by myself at my location, so the connection and assistance is appreciated.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work primarily at a kiosk inside a Walmart. That means I get to see a lot of my friends passing through.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very informal and conversational. I was able to use many experiential examples to cover my skills. I do not think things would be so informal at the corporate HQ level.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The manager I interviewed with was extremely rude during the interview process because I was five minutes late and she lied about certain perks that I would get if I became a JH employee.
