leadership extremely weak. I really like them individually, but I'm not confident in their abilities to manage our company and am concerned overall for the company's survival under their leadership. It could be a really great company with a strong leadership team

I actually am not sure what all it entails.

What makes you most happy at work?
I'm enjoying breaking into a new field of work. I have for years been a Senior Staff Accoountant for Municipalities and other types of Enterprises/organizations.
