Solid work life balance for the most part. There are days you will have long hrs and be met with signicsnt challenges. But it's engaging work.

Good quality that is consistent all the time.

They do seem to care about you and your success. It feels like any issues or problems will be addressed (and probably solved) in a reasonable amount of time.

  • Have never been encouraged or allowed to work at home unless the mill was shut down.

  • Depends on your job role and manager. At the plant level, it's a bit more difficult to get approved more than once every so often. At the Staff level, it's more commonly practiced.

  • KC’s response to “unacceptable” behavior is inconsistent. Response to employee actions is based upon employee tenure or popularity instead of severity of the actions. Dealing with family health issues is painfully slow, and highly inconvenient. Just go to work and put your time in.
