Mr. Falk serves as Treasurer of Catalyst Inc. Mr. Falk serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kimberly-Clark Health Care Inc. He has been an Executive Director of Kimberly-Clark Corporation since 1999. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Kimberly-Clark Corporation from 1999 to 2002. He served as the Group President of Global Tissue, Pulp and Paper since 1998 and was responsible for Kimberly Clark Corp.'s global tissue businesses. He was also responsible for the Wet Wipes and Neenah Paper sectors, Pulp Operations and Consumer Business Services, Environment and Energy and Human Resources organizations. He served as Group President of North American Tissue, Pulp and Paper of Kimberly-Clark Corporation since January 1996. He served as an Architect of Kimberly-Clark's new global organizational structure and its Go-To-Market initiatives, which have redefined the way Kimberly-clark Corp. manufactures, distributes, promotes and sells its products. Since 1993, he served as Group President of Infant and Child Care Products, Group President of NA Consumer Products of Kimberly-clark Corp., with responsibility for Huggies diapers, Kimberly-clark Corp.'s best-selling product and for Pull-Ups training pants. He joined Kimberly Clark Corp., in 1983 and served numerous management, financial and administrative positions. He joined the internal audit staff of Kimberly-Clark in Neenah, Wis., in 1983.
