we use a blend of virtual and face to face meetings with a good leader standard work

Collaboration within the team is great.

They listen first. We respect each other.

I work on a very collaborative team that's willing to jump in and help out. We're also willing to push each other to be better.

Flexibility. We can work remotely 3-4 days a week.

Hours are cut need more hours to work. More days of overtime.

Financial compensation. Being told that the budget for salaries is tight for past 3 yrs. The budget at this mill has office supplies having a bigger budget then payroll for workers. This means the company puts more value in the office supplies to keep the company going instead of payroll
