  • Have never been encouraged or allowed to work at home unless the mill was shut down.

  • Depends on your job role and manager. At the plant level, it's a bit more difficult to get approved more than once every so often. At the Staff level, it's more commonly practiced.

  • KC’s response to “unacceptable” behavior is inconsistent. Response to employee actions is based upon employee tenure or popularity instead of severity of the actions. Dealing with family health issues is painfully slow, and highly inconvenient. Just go to work and put your time in.
