
#1 - June would have to go. Problems started with Angela and continued with June. #2 - Be true to the Mission and Vision LHC is SUPPOSED to be about. #3 - Be true to The Norton Way #4 - DONT WORK YOUR EMPLOYEES TO DEATH!!!!!
The field staff of NHH is AWESOME! At least it was before Angela and June came. Now everyone has had enough of the lies and horrible treatment and once again , almost a complete turnover is looming. Get rid of June. Shes wrecking any chance of a sustainable business with Norton.
#1 - communication #2 - Care about Staff #3 - Care about Patients #4 - Figure out what Continuity of Care means #5 - Quit admitting patients just to make yourself look good on paper knowing you cant see them and discharging ASAP #6 - Use ACTUAL acuity based on the buddy codes!!!!!!
I LOVE my job. My patients love me. Our patients love the field staff. Whats going wrong is that the field staff is overworked, AEB turnover!!!! Poor pay, horrible hours, no compensation for what you actually do (or you get written up). USE THE BUDDY CODES, PAY FOR ACUITY, ADJUST TIME FOR ACUITY
