Feedback is heard, maybe not always actioned right away, but it's taken into consideration when changes are made. It takes more than a minute to move a mountain.
Most of us have been here since the current iteration of Mobility was founded. We've had a few supervisors come and go, but our current supervisor used to be one of the team, so he understands the daily challenges we face.
Is it cliche to say "Doing my job?" I really do enjoy what I do, there are some challenging days, but who doesn't have those? Overall I really enjoy what I do, especially knowing that I'm supporting the people who help folks everyday.
We have a lot of tertiary benefits. I don't leverage all of them, but it's very nice to know they are available. I do think the flexibility of my schedule, having a toddler in daycare things can get tricky with picking him up on time. My boss is super understanding of this.
