I love LHC and I want to continue to grow. I see my branch as a bit sluggish but I do think we are on the right track. I have tried to bring new employees on with us who I think will help us grow in a positive way.

I like the incentive program for AE's, I do appreciate the recent mileage reimbursement increase. I'd say our insurance isn't too bad.

Everyone is so compassionate and caring. We all have patients as our number 1 goal. Taking care of patients is what we do.

Thus far I like the fact that my boss now visits, helps me and is in vested in helping me learn my job. I love his involvement.

I love knowing that I am learning and growing every day. My boss is invested and seems willing to help me every inch of the way. I feel like I make a difference.

We need to change our culture in the office. We used to be another company and all employee's are the same as they were prior to being purchased by LHC. Team members need to want to grow, need to treat all patients as they would their parents and we need to be more compassionate.
