I really do enjoy my job at NWN Carousel however I feel people within my department can be very cliquey. I never know if I am next to be let go. I work very hard and am confident in my work, but very concerned about my job security due to leaders within my department being closer than me.

Thru thick and thin, the leadership team is there to listen. They take the time to listen to your concerns and take them seriously. They act in the best interest of the employees and company.

My team and teammates want to work hard and do all they can but still feel very unsure of processes and are frustrated by the answers I give them. I feel sometimes they do not see how hard I am trying to make their jobs more enjoyable.

Jobs of the same level in my area are paid almost double my salary. I feel the benefits and health insurance could be more affordable for plans that do not require to pay so much out of pocket. I work very hard and a lot of hours and still sometimes feel I am not valued for my work.
