Positives outweigh negatives. That can't be said for all companies. I'm encouraged by recent actions/initiatives. Intrigued to see where NWNC goes in 2023 and beyond. Having a boss I can be open with and truly heard is invaluable. Working w/ others that believe in NWNC makes each day worth it.

There is a new approach to compensation and it is a total rewards strategy. When you look at all of the various components, the new benefits brought on for 2024, it is forward thinking, and comprehensive. In addition, the company is covering some costs that employees formerly paid for.

Review of same/similar positions, our compensation is below average. In some cases, by a significant amount for pay and benefits. The total rewards package is an important figure to understand, but it comes down to annual wage for most. Hard to stay if another company offers thousands more.

We are now truly one company. Naysayers who blocked progress have moved on. I am starting to see people take accountability or try to be more of a team player. Feedback is encouraged, and action taken in some instances. The business is starting to "walk the walk" or "doing, not just saying".
