They continue to try to keep us informed - to the best they can while still making decisions on items not relevant yet. Nice to get different opportunities to meet them and create a resource when we deal with big issues.

I think some positions are directly connected to sales and compensation should be determined by how well company sales are. There are other positions that work endlessly and tirelessly regardless of sales revenue numbers and that should be taken into account for compensation.
