I like that they're involved, and they want me to be involved. I enjoy getting emails with updates so that I can see what's going on. It's nice.
I like the steps that the company takes for diversity and inclusion. I know that the current presidential administration doesn't care about it, but I really, really do, and I love that NWN seems to as well.
My management is really involved in my training, and my coworkers like to be helpful. Being a remote worker, I don't get to engage with anyone much, but I do like the Teams chats where we can share random stuff.
I feel as though I'm under-paid for my skills. It makes me 1) feel bad, and 2) want to skill up so that I can get better paid. My concern is that if I do that, I'll just continue to be paid less, even though I have more skills/experience.
Being able to make a connection with the client that I'm helping. There are a few people who are excited to get me on the phone even though I've only been working phones for a couple weeks. It's really nice and it makes me happy to take calls. I love being able to value connections.
