Little brand equity. Company was over leveraged for a long time, and as a result a lack of investment in marketing, people, and private label products.
401k plan is/has been top heavy forever, and as a result impossible to save a lot for retirement. Senior management needs to fix it instead of just talking about it.
Need to better people leaders and at developing people. A lot of lip service given to wanting to make the company a place for career growth, but opportunities only afforded to the few that kiss up to management.
