Management likes to treat workers like garbage and like we do not matter. Tend to sit back and watch the chaos then wonder what is going wrong. If we had more help, the store and environment would improve much more.

When i go into work its like everything gets pushed on to me to do because it gets completed in a timely fashion. Customers ask other employees a question simply say i dont know dont even try to find out the answer. I been told multiple times by customers they find me if im working bcuz i help them

The new CEO. He is going to do wonderful things for that company. The work is enjoyable, and most customers are great! The satisfaction of the job is good, they just need to pay better for employee retention.
