Positive at first but as time passes more work gets pushed onto me and more hours but pushed to the side when a promotion comes available but someone with less experience gets the job then wants to say im appreciated and a valuable employee. Then bigger work load. Like wow thanks.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Focus on priorities everyday that need to be done dont bring personal life into work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Team members are not properly trained which results in poor customer service. Pretty much figured out everything myself and hands on experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because i feel like i am the only one helping customers facing shelves or taking care of the animals
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be available to help customers. Just plainly help get tasks done instead of only worrying about tasks and the store and animals when corporate come in

She lightened the mood joking around a little to ease my nervous feeling. Got to know me a little bit before asking me questions bout why i applied and wanted to work for the company
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When i go into work its like everything gets pushed on to me to do because it gets completed in a timely fashion. Customers ask other employees a question simply say i dont know dont even try to find out the answer. I been told multiple times by customers they find me if im working bcuz i help them
