Leadership team members showing up on time for meetings and staying for the whole meeting. Every time a VP shows up late or leaves early for a meeting, it's very disrespectful to the remaining attendees. Leadership team listening more to their team.
Listening to their direct reports. There are people who have been at Shuttleworth a long time. Some on the leadership team need to understand our product better. Some have been here a while and still don't know how or where to direct efforts.
