I love working at Radiance Technologies. The people here are all so nice and everyone seems to have positive attitudes and we all work really well together. It nice to get to work with so many amazing people each day.

The leadership team is straight forward with what our goals are as a company and they seem to really understand the importance of this being an employee-owned company.

I like that I can choose when I want to take my time off. I am not forced to take holidays if I don't want to take them and I can use that time for whenever works best for my family.

The company culture here is great. Our work-life balance is wonderful. The people here are all very nice and fun to work with. We have company sponsored events that I really enjoy participating in and everyone seems to really care about each other.

I work with a wonderful group of people who are passionate about what they do and come to work with positive attitudes and a willingness to get the job done. The environment they create is a fun and positive one that I enjoy coming into each and every day.

I like that they are grateful when I do a good job and they appreciate the things I do for them. They are all willing to help me better myself in my career and are willing to give me advice on how I can improve and do better at what I do.

The culture here allows for me to do my work on my time and also take care of the things I need to take care of at home. My family is very important to me and being able to attend my kids' after school events and participate in their school functions is something that I'm able to do here.
