They pull you up to the same level as they are. They make you feel almost as an equal in terms of the overall mission, when we know that's not the case. Their door is always open, they're responsive, understanding, but still mission driven. Great leaders.

We are a small team so our personalities really come out. We're able to bypass all the professional drama and speak as if we're just friends working on a project. Plus they're all very creative and possess different strengths and backgrounds that when brought together makes for a great overall team.

It's not necessarily that I'm not compensated correctly for my title - but the actual job duties far exceed my title. Therefore, I don't feel adequately compensated for the actual work that I do. I'd be happy with internal stock options as, shown by my work, I'm invested in our future as well.
