Conduent: Due to my experience with my direct boss, I would not recommend Conduent as an employer to my friends and this does not create as much pride in the company as it should. I wish Conduent provided remote staff with some company swag (merchandise) as they are onboarded.

The challenge is the customer base, dangers in post pandemic incidences, and Corporate personnel not having enough care about its employee's day to day well being.

Tesla: The cars just feel like the future. (Still). I use autopilot for long distance driving. Everything just works. My experience with Tesla service has been great - fricitionless.

TIAA: Company seems to be more concerned about getting involved in political agendas than doing what clients are hiring them to do. CEO is completely incompetent and received her job because she is a minority. Former CEO roger ferguson (also minority) was great and had all the credentials one expects.

Meta: I have a technical role but not SWE, and seeing how many RSUs SWEs get at hire compared to mine is really depressing. My job has lower barriers, competition, and burnout, so I wouldn't expect comparable RSUs, but 5% the rate is so low!
