Because companies like cognizant mostly put freshers on bench where freshers couldn't learn anything and they wouldn't get any expereince by working there. But cognizant is good for expereince
TaskUs: I have had a positive overall experience here due to its convenient location near my home. I appreciate the pleasant atmosphere, even though work can be challenging at times.
Applebee's: I've had a bad experience as an employee. I went to my managers about some concerns that not only bothered me but other servers. DuPont: This place was ok to work at 25+ years ago, but the morale of the workers is at a all time low, therefore the product isn't the best it could be. No communication between management and workers. They alao feel the best way to get things done is to threaten your job, micro manage, harass.
