TaskUs: My overall experience at my company, is the greatest.
Learning Care Group: No thank you, I don't have anything extra to share
TaskUs: It was a rollercoaster ride at first but gradually getting into the intricacies of the company and adapting to personalities has helped out a lot. I felt real care from the company when I was allowed to take a sabbatical to take care of personal things.
Foundever: Being under a very responsible n mature thinking team leader, it creates a huge positive impact to the whole team. Because of a great team leader, it makes work extra motivating n fun. We don't feel miserable at work. We feel valued and well taken care of. Outcome, service to our customers are 100%.
TaskUs: Good, improvement is where they need to focus.
Rite Aid: I hate the new workday they switched to for payroll and etc.

Finastra: Pay is too low and difficult to manage current inflation and living expenses

Best Western: Management very unprofessional far to many for a small team staff swearing all the time no real training in place bullying and harrassment allowed to go on never addressed.

TaskUs: Transparency is bad, there has been a promised bonus that was never given to us, and the most important benefit for me which was the savings fund has been removed

TaskUs: There are ups and downs regarding my role but regarding the environment and people at LWT it makes it lighter and content for our job.
Allstate: Generating solutions to problems and creating an action plan for all employees to contribute, as opposed to throwing out an idea and causing confusion and frustration.
Chick-fil-A: I appreciate their consistent excellent customer service.
Foundever: happy to be around them
Under Armour: best bang for ur buck like truly the best sports gear, and its always on sale so you can get stuff for cheap which is important for student athlete
TaskUs: So far it's good and fun to be working here. I'm always motivated to go to work every day.
TaskUs: i wont recommend this at all. yes meal is free but its in poor serving but still thankful. but aside from that everything is not worth it here incentives are so hard to get and it is only below 10k unlike on my prev account. METRICS ARE TOO HIGH that it needs the employees to be so perfect!
Safelite AutoGlass: i couldn't pass the assessment. no hard feelings. i enjoyed the training though it was amazing.

J. C. Penney: New manger came in he was very unfriendly. I moved requested a transfer to another store. He would not do the paperwork. I haf the store reach out to me about them emailing him and he lied that he wasnt getting email. Horrible experience. Never been written up .
Holiday Inn: Mommy and employee for the Holiday Inn express downtown Augusta Georgia I've witnessed several miss handled issues pertaining to front desk. It's an unsettling feeling and if reported to regional nothing is done. It gets talked about amongst management, but nothing is done to the general manager.
Foundever: fair enough and some what satisfactory

White Castle: Good food, customer service and friendly staff

Foundever: It's good to have coworkers who keeps us insane, help us move forward. But for the company itself, it would be better if there would be loyalty rewards still and more benefits. For us to have something to look forward to.

TaskUs: I've been happy for the most part in my tenure. Of course there are always not so great times but outside of that, great.

Foundever: It's been challenging since day 1, knowing the tools in messaging and how to find a proper answer fast, then my transition to voice was hard, we only had 3 weeks even if I only had 2 months working in messaging, but til today it has been satisfying and makes me proud of myself
H&R Block: Operates in silos - poor first-line leadership, untrained, and creates fear if you ask questions or offer different perspectives with solutions.
TaskUs: As long that the company is generous enough for the request of working students like me and as long that we are compensated well, I will stay and I hope that we can have the same basic pay with GRN pips
TaskUs: So far so good, not the best but the company is enough.
Leidos: Everyday I wake up and tell myself I don't want to do this anymore but then do it anyways. Sit in meetings for hours everyday. Feel like I can't get anything done ever. Only get 13 days of PTO. Making a decent salary I suppose for the area but it does not really make up for inflation.

Duke Energy Corporation: The company is going the wrong way with work life balance. Smaller raises and bonuses while forced return to the office is threatened if we don't get in the office enough. Many employees have left the company due to one or both of these factors.
TaskUs: I was happy for a couple of first months. Later, it turned out we are just cheap labor.

TaskUs: Very poor, since TaskUs "took over". The whole TaskUs Adria is complaining about wages while being completely ignored. Meanwhile, you sent us updates on how many millions the company has earned for that quartal. While some workers are taking on second jobs to keep up with the rising costs of living.

Foundever: The excitement is in there and also how the workmates help each other and also the team lead and the boss comply with queries we're asking to them
Amazon: they don't care about their employee's the only care about their bottom line. Money! Management doesn't know what they're doing. We're nothing but a number to them. They have a huge turnover rate because they'll fire you for anything. They will retaliate, bully, harass if u if ur treated unfairly.
Foundever: Rewards and recognition, Incentives, bigger internet allowance,
EPAM Systems: You drive your career; there are ample opportunities for people to explore, learn and grow
Speedway: Pretty decent if you have good coworkers and actually want to do your job, that alone truly makes a difference
Sherwin-Williams: So far I love it, excellent company to work for. Could not be happier

Spectrum: Good pay, amazing, helpful leadership, and lots of time to learn. I do wish we had an iota of freedom to offer loyal customers promos so they can feel appreciated without going through a phone call where we can't help and then being forced to threaten to cancel, just to get a break.

H E B: The top management at the store I work in is a "the rules are for thee, not for me" person. He fires people for false reasons when he is reported for violations of health and food.safety rules, but is willing to wait a year for his retaliation. Also refuses to promote senior workers (60+). His rule.

GE Appliances, a Haier company: The old G.E. was great. Loved my job then. Haier is the worst. I absolutely hate everything about this company. My entire family has never owned anything but G.E. appliances but I will never buy another G.E. appliance as long as Haier owns it. And neither will my family members or friends.

Labcorp: Impossible people that deal with. How can I be so difficult just to update your healthcare provider information?
Macy's: Capped out years ago cant make anymore money but expected to do more every day. Macys feels that every employee can do every job and that is far from the truth

Wendy's: Awful, my general manager is awful.
Dollar General: Not being best friends and treating everyone fairly. Listening to the one's who do all the work and not the ones who just bark orders. Also remembering what is like to be a low bottom before they hit district.
Cargill: They have Inclusive and Diverse backgrounds
OTIS: Challenging at times due to market and customer base, but all and all a solid place to work for where you are needed and valued.
Atria Senior Living: Everything: Building violations need updating regarding infestation protocols, elevator permits, management training, COVID procedures, and fire safety/practices. Repair requests are also not addressed.
CINTAS CORPORATION: Team work is at its best

Foundever: I'm grateful with the experiences, learnings, diversity, culture, and the people in the company. For almost 6 years, I feel that my job is secured. I was able to invest in materials that my family needs. Also, I'm enjoying the opportunity to work from home. I'm thankful for this set up. Godbless!
