i wont recommend this at all. yes meal is free but its in poor serving but still thankful. but aside from that everything is not worth it here incentives are so hard to get and it is only below 10k unlike on my prev account. METRICS ARE TOO HIGH that it needs the employees to be so perfect!

They are just funny but humour wont make us have a better life so nothing at all.

we help each other cause we dont get enough support from the management who just wanted us TO WORK AND WORK AND WORK EVEN AFTER SHIFT THE METRICS ARE SO HIGH IN THE POINT THAT ITS HARD TO REACH AS THE UPDATES ON OUR ACC KEEPS ON CHANGING ALMOST EVERYWEEK!
Che cosa deve fare il gruppo dirigente per migliorare?
Helping teammates to achieve their goals not asking them to just work and work and work. Work-life balance is no longer being seen here on Taskus unlike before especially in the account I am in. Keep on changing updates from the business it is almost every week. People first is nowhere to be found.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
I am not being paid the amount that I deserve. The work is too much than the contract we signed. even permanent work-at-home requests are hard to get from taskus. too much work. we work more than our shift but its not paid at all and will put the blame on us if the work is not done. burnout!
