ADP: I love this company, by far the best I've ever worked for. My only complaint with ADP is our strict 3x2 hybrid model. For many of our roles, working from home is more efficient, productive and allows for better work/life balance. However, the executive leadership doesn't seem to understand this.

Iron Mountain: I have been rewarded for my hard work with exposure to new business lines, travel for training, and other opportunities for personal development. There are few opportunities for front line workers to advance as this part of the organization seems very lean.
VERITAS TECHNOLOGIES LLC: I have never worked at a company that respects the employee as much as this one - focus is on innovation, new ideas and making sure we keep healthy with all that we are getting done. Medical benefits are amazing as well.

Career progression is unclear and leadership is too unstable to count on. Leaders always seem to be external hires with their own teams being brought in.

Wendy's: The only positive part of working at Wendy's is meeting the few genuine people. Most of my coworkers were ex-convicts, aggressive, addicts (drinking on the job, smoking, etc), pedophiles, and more. There were only a few good people at the job, most of whom were minors and this is there first job.
