With being asked to come into the office more, we need to re-work the job accommodation and covid policies.

AT&T: Good experience in my youth and in my ignorance. It is alarming to see the politics, lack of age diversity in new manager hires, and promotions. Losing people who understood the what and how. Too many times now if the what is good enough then the how is ignored.
AT&T: It's been a tough few years, but plan to stay here until I retire if I can.
Stop & Shop: Overall it has been a positive experience. I have been with the company a long time and have had many opportunities to progress my career. With each step I have taken I have improved my work atmosphere and my work/life balance which I find very valuable.

AT&T: I love working at AT&T!!! My biggest concern is whether or not I will be faced with surplus again. Surplus is the constant "nag" that daunts my career. I feel somewhat safe knowing that I do more quality work than others, but since the criteria which leads to surplus is unknown, it's frightening.

AT&T: AT&T paid for my braces when I was a child and my Mother was a Directory Assistance Operator. When it snowed and my Mom could not get to work, a bucket truck would pull up and take her to work. AT&T is a family. We are dedicated, we work hard, we donate, we support our communities, etc.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: Great manager and team of individuals I get to work with every day and experiences working with others across the globe. However, not many opportunities for advancement or learning and development.
AT&T: AT&T is a great place to work. While I may log 10 hours in each day on VPN, I work from home most days and have flexibility for before & afterschool runs, meals, exercise, training & development, and more. We also have 15 family caregiver days to take time off for doctors visits, sick kids, etc!
Stop & Shop: Overall it has been a positive experience. I have been with this company for most of my adult life and it has provided me with job security, competitive compensation and decent benefits
QuikTrip: Enjoyment with coworkers. Schedule is ok. Company care at times pretty bad.

Stop & Shop: In 11 years I have worked my way up to Store manager. I have worked for some great people, great leaders that want to help you succeed. But I have also worked for people that do not care about you or your development. They will step on you any chance they get.

AT&T: I feel lucky to work for the company at my stage in my career but would not recommend it for someone just starting out due to lack of career advancement or development. Career advancement outside of Dallas is VERY limited and there is a lack of caring outside of Dallas.
